As a Big Capsule user, you may not use the site to spread content that inspires criminal offenses, or that otherwise violates any applicable laws or regulations; misuse any part of the site for illegal purposes including without limitation propagating any illegitimate, harassing, slanderous, hostile, harmful, indecent, or otherwise obnoxious material; and/or use or attempt to use any procedure, software, or device to interfere with the proper operations of the website, or violate or try to contravene the security of http://bigc.io.

You are not to post content that persecutes, degrades, hassles, or intimidates a person/group of persons because of religion, sexual orientation, gender, race, age, ethnicity,  or disability; upload advertisements, spam links to other websites or individuals or solicitations, without prior written permission from us; or upload content that impersonates any person or entity, including without restriction a Big Capsule official, or falsely state or otherwise distort your association with a person or entity.

You may not meddle with other users’ use of the website; advertise chain letters or pyramid schemes on the website; and/or collect other users’ content or information using automated means such as harvesting bots without our prior permission.

Do not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in a bid to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the website; create, communicate or store electronic duplicates of any material protected by copyright without the explicit consent of the owner; post information or content that contains computer viruses or other harmful computer code; and/or upload, post, transmit or provide any content that you have no right to make available under any law or under fiduciary or contractual relationships.

We will hold you exclusively responsible for any and all legal costs and losses as a result of your breach if we discover you to be in breach of any of the provisions of this agreement. We may also stop your use of the website without any prior warning if you breach any of these terms.

We may provide links to the resources and websites of other companies and third-party websites. Users are not to take the existence and provision of such links as our approbation of the content, products and/or services, or procedures, of that third-party site, except we specifically state so. Your access and use of such linked resources and websites is clearly at your own risk, and we advise that you check third party website’s terms and policies before using them.

You may not assume in any way that service orders are binding upon us until we have accepted and acknowledged and accepted such orders.

You also understand and accept that our curated business services are specialized services that are specially organized for each client. As such, prices for services will differ from client to client, depending on the services offered.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars.

You will be liable to pay 50% (please change as necessary) of our quoted price before we deploy services on your behalf. You will also be liable for the remaining 50% immediately upon the completion of service delivery.

All content available on the Big Capsule website is provided “as is” and “as available” and is subject to amendment at our discretion. We provide the website for use without any warranties of any kind, be it express or implied, including but not constrained to, the implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement. Cosmic Station Corp, its divisions, associates, licensors, vendors and suppliers disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Cosmic Station Corp makes no warranties or representations that the content and information contained on the website is precise, thorough or up-to-date; or that the website will continue uninterrupted or error free. We give no guarantees that any errors on the website will be corrected, or that the website or servers that make it available are free from viruses or any other harmful components.

You use this website entirely at your own risk. Neither Cosmic Station Corp, its auxiliaries or subsidiaries, nor their officers, operators or managers, will bear liability for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, consequential or any damage in whatever manner emerging out of your use of, or your inability to use the website, its content and services , even if Cosmic Station Corp has been advised of the possibility of any such damage.

For the jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. Your sole remedy against Cosmic Station Corp for any dissatisfaction is to stop using the website.

You hereby agree to shield and indemnify Big Capsule innocent against all and any claims, costs and expenses (including but not restricted to legal and accounting fees), and damages in relation to your use of the website.

These terms and conditions of service are administrated by United Sates laws, and you consent to submit totally to the jurisdiction of its courts. Any dispute arising under or in any way connected with these terms and conditions of service shall be subject, for the benefit of Cosmic Station Corp, to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the law of the United States and clients hereby agree to irreversibly submit to its courts.

The unenforceability or invalidity of any provision of this contract shall not affect any other part of this agreement.

This contract may only be dissolved on the completion of the services client hires us to perform. Should a client desire to terminate this agreement, he must first fulfill all financial and payment obligations to both us and third-party contractors contracted by us on his behalf. Should a client refuse to make necessary payments, we may seek redress and damages in a relevant court of law.
